Building ecological civilization is the mission of Marxist ecological outlook that cares much about China′s actual condition,which is a long term strategy relating to the welfare of the people and the nation′s future. To build a beau-tiful China is the further understanding of the relationship between human and nature. It must be made clear that ecological civilization is an ideological concept. We should criticize capitalist ecological ideology and preach socialist and communist ecological ideology. The party′s role of leadership must be fully played in the construction of ecological civilization and our people must be enabled to enjoy the fruits of ecological civilization.
