土壤类型对虎耳草光合特性及药用成分含量的影响

         

摘要

为确立适宜虎耳草种植的土壤类型,利用LI-6400便携式光合仪测定了黑色腐殖土、暗棕色粘性土和棕黄色粘性土3种不同土壤种植条件下虎耳草叶片的光合特征,同时采用LC-20AT高效液相色谱对虎耳草的没食子酸和岩白菜素含量进行了测定.结果表明:黑色腐殖土pH值最高,有机质及碱解氮含量显著高于其他两种土壤;该土壤上种植的虎耳草叶片光合速率最高,拟合所得最大净光合速率为6.79 μmol·m-2·s-1,同时光补偿点最低;叶绿素荧光参数也显示黑色腐殖土处理的虎耳草叶片光系统Ⅱ反应中心开放程度、光化学效率最高,电子传递速率显著最高;没食子酸和岩白菜素含量也是黑色腐殖土处理最高,分别为0.821和2.98 mg·g-1,差异均达显著水平.综上,3种土壤类型中黑色腐殖土最有利于虎耳草的种植,有机质及氮素显著影响虎耳草的光合作用及药用成分积累.%To chose the best soil type for growing of S.stolonifera, the photosynthetic characteristics of S.stolonifera that grown on black humus soil, dark brown clayey soil and brown clayey soil were tested by LI-6400. The contents of gallic acid and ber-genin of S.stolonifera were tested by LC-20A high-performance liquid chromatograph. The results showed that black humus soil had the highest pH, meanwhile content of organic and alkali-hydrolysable nitrogen were the highest. The photosynthetic rate was significantly higher on black humus soil than the two others. Light response curves revealed that the maximum net photo-synthetic rate reached to 6.79 μmol·m-2·s-1, and it had the lowest light compensation point of S.stolonifera grown on black humus soil. The chlorophyll fluorescence parameters also showed that both of the openness level of central reaction and the pho-tochemical efficiency of S.stolonifera planted on black humus soil were the highest though the difference among the three kinds of soil was not significant, and photosynthetic electron transport was the highest apparently. Moreover, the content of gallic acid and bergenin of S.stolonifera planted in humus soil were the highest which were 0.821 and 2.98 mg·g-1, and the differ-ences were significant. It was concluded that black humus soil was the best soil type for S.stolonifera growing among the studied three soil types. Organic matter and nitrogen significantly affected photosynthesis and accumulation of medicinal ingredients of S.Stolonifera.
