在京郊保护地栽培条件下,通过4个施氮水平的田间小区试验,研究不同施氮水平对番茄产量、品质、硝酸盐含量以及土壤剖面硝态氮分布的影响.结果表明,推荐施氮处理(N2),施氮量为300 kg/hm2时,产量最高为119.72 L/hm2,比农户习惯施氮处理(N3),施氮量为767 kg/hm2时高9.01t/hm2,比对照不施肥处理(N0)高12.10t/hm2,达到显著性差异(P<0.05);推荐施氮处理(N2)番茄品质最佳,随施氮量增加,番茄硝酸盐含量显著升高(P<0.05),均符合食用标准;土壤剖面硝态氮浓度景波浪状变化趋势,80~100 cm土层出现一个累积峰,农户习惯施氮处理土壤剖面硝态氮浓度明显高于其它施氮处理.%Effect of different application of nitrogen on yield and quality of tomato and nitrate in soil profile was studied by using the field trial at protective soil of Beijing suburb. The results showed that the recommended application of nitrogen fertilizer compared with the fertilization of farmer's practice not onlyincreased the yield of tomato, but also increased the quality of tomato; Nitrate content in tomato had an increasing trend with the increasing of nitrogen fertilizer, and the significant differences among the treatments; NO3-N was wave-like change in soil profile, and accumulated in 100 cm soil; NO3-N was highest under the farmer's practice treatment, and was significantly higher than other treatment.
