人民公社时期建筑是我国现当代重要历史建筑,其建筑空间组织中充分体现了鲜明的政治意志和时代色彩.文章以湖北"石骨山人民公社"为例,首先根据对人民公社建筑空间及其价值的调研与研究,发掘其特定的空间组织模式背后的更深层次决定因素.然后基于对类型学及类型学转换的理解和实际使用需求对"石骨山人民公社"旧址进行改造设计,以改善其建筑质量和村民的生活品质.并且文章以此次改造设计为例,提出在历史建筑和街区改造设计中,应对新时代特征的类型转换设计思路的一种可能的应用方法.%Buildings of the people's commune are one of the most important historical building types in modern China, and its architectural space fully embodies the political will and the features of the period. Taking Shigushan People's Commune in Hubei province as an example, this paper explores the deeper determinants behind the specific spatial organization mode under the investigation and research on its architectural space and value. Based on the understanding of typology and typological transformation and practical needs, this paper discusses the renovation design for the buildings of Shigushan People's Commune, aiming to improve the quality of buildings and people's life in the village. Taking this renovation as an example, this paper proposes a possible design application methodology in the typological transformation under this new era in the renovation designs of historical buildings and districts.
