During the last 5 years since the inception of CPEC concept, most of the programs were located in Punjab, Sindh, and Baluchistan. Gilgit-Baltistan benefited not so much from CPEC till now. It is therefore recommended to enhance cooperation between Chinese side and Pakistan side. This is relevant to the opening-up and stability in Xinjiang Autonomous Region of China and the success of the whole CPEC program.%中巴经济走廊实施5年来,项目主要集中在旁遮普、信德、俾路支等地,巴基斯坦北部地区民众从中巴经济走廊项目中直接获益较少,长期的无获得感,已引起当地民众对于中巴经济走廊的抱怨,因此加强中国与巴基斯坦北部地区的合作,扩大中国新疆对巴基斯坦北部地区的影响,关系到新疆的稳定和开放,关系到中巴经济走廊的成败.
