This paper adopts comparative analysis of the financial structure in the process of interest rate marketization evolution of developed countries such as the US, Japan, South Korea, Germany,etc. On this basis, this paper studies the present condition and characteristics of the interest rate marketization in China, and puts forward the suggestions to promote the interest rate marketization and optimize the financial structure in China.%本文首先对美国、日本、韩国、德国等发达国家在利率市场化进程中的金融结构演变进行了对比分析，在此基础上，本文研究中国利率市场化的现状及特点，提出了推动利率市场化、优化我国金融结构的对策建议。
