“One Belt One Road” strategy has given strategic emphasis on the Southeast Asian countries, which are al-so the hotspots area for China to carry out the international capacity cooperation. To be specific, the railways, ports, elec-tricity and other infrastructure are the more concentrated areas, while the cooperation in steel, cement, textile and garment and other traditional manufacturing is going deeper. Besides, the cross-border E-commerce and information technology are expected to be the new industries in the cooperation, while the industrial parks to be the new investment fields.
