The bilateral and multilateral cooperation frameworks of One Belt One Road will promote Sino-Thai cooper-ation to raise the level, expand the area and scale, and especially provide favorable conditions for investment in the ascend-ant, which will fit the needs of national development model transformation of Thailand. However, the twists and turns of Si-no-Thai railway cooperation profoundly reveals that, Sino-Thai strategic cooperation in One Belt One Road still faces many challenges, including the great power game at the multilateral level, the cognitive differences of win-win cooperation be-tween China and Thailand, and the contradictions of Thailand’s interest groups, which will have negative impact on Sino-Thai cooperation. This paper suggests that, constructing a full range and multi-level communication&coordination network of One Belt One Road will help to further reinforce the basis of Sino-Thai strategic cooperation.%“一带一路”建设的双多边合作框架，有助于促进中泰合作提升层次、拓展领域、扩大规模，特别是为方兴未艾的投融资合作提供有利条件，契合泰国国家发展模式变革的现实诉求。不过，中泰铁路合作的一波三折，也深刻反映出中泰战略合作在“一带一路”建设中面临诸多挑战，从多边层面的地缘政治博弈，到双边层面对互利合作的认知差异，再到泰国国内的利益集团分歧，都有可能影响中泰关系发展。本文建议，有必要构造多层次全方位的“一带一路”交流与合作网络，进一步夯实中泰战略合作的发展基础。
