不同马铃薯品种(系)在不同生态条件种植的光合特性差异分析

         

摘要

[目的]研究不同生态条件下5个马铃薯品种(系)的光合特性,以筛选出高光效的品种(系).[方法]利用LI-6400XT便携式光合仪测定系统测定5个马铃薯品种(系)在不同生态条件种植的光合参数.[结果]在相同生态条件下,5个马铃薯品种(系)间的光合性状存在明显差异;在不同生态条件下,相同马铃薯品种(系)的光合特性也存在较大差异.滇薯701相对其它品种(系)在弱光下具有较高的净光合速率;青薯9号具有较高的表观量子效率、最大净光合效率、较低的光补偿点和暗呼吸速率适合昆明和大理地区推广种植;5个不同马铃薯品种(系)在寡日照条件下其表观量子效率、最大净光合速率、饱和光强均降低,暗呼吸速率、光补偿点没有较明显的变化.[结论]青薯9号和滇薯701为高光效的品种.%[Objective] In order to obtain the high photosynthetic efficiency potatos varieties (lines),we used five different potatoes varieties (lines) as an experiment object to determine the photosynthetic efficiency of the potatoes varieties (lines) under different ecological conditions.[Method] The photosynthetic parameters of five different potatoes varieties (lines) were determined through LI-6400XT portable photosynthetic meter measurement system.[Result] The data suggested that the photosynthetic traits of five different stains were significantly different under same condition of life,and under different condition of life,the photosynthetic traits of same strains were also different.‘ Dianshu 701 ’ had higher net photosynthetic rate than other varieties (lines) under the weak light,‘ Qingshu 9’ with high apparent quantum efficiency,maximum net photosynthetic efficiency,lower light compensation point and dark respiration rate was suitable for planting in Kunming city and Dali prefecture.Under the oligonucleotides sunshine conditions,apparent quantum efficiency,maximum net photosynthetic rate,saturation light intensity of the five different potato varieties (or lines) all decreased,dark respiration rate and light compensation point had not obvious change.[Conclusion] ‘ Qingshu 9’'and ‘ Dianshu 701’ were high light efficiency varieties.
