为了提高无线能量传输( WPT)系统中功率放大器的工作效率,文章提出一种新型高效率逆F类功率放大器。通过理论分析说明了F类、逆F类功率放大器高效的原因在于谐波控制,而导通电阻的存在使得逆F类功率放大器效率高于F类放大器,然后阐述了逆F类功放的实现方法,最后采用GaN晶体管CGH40010F大信号模型仿真验证了逆F类功率放大器的高效率特性。%In order to improve the wireless power transmission ( WPT) efficiency system,a novel inverse class-F power amplifier with high power added efficiency ( PAE) was introduced. By the theoretical analysis of the class-F and inverse class-F PA,the key point was found at the harmonic control circuit ( HCC) . However,the PAE of inverse class-F PA is high-er than that of class-F PA with the help of the turn-on resistance. An inverse class-F PA was designed with the GaN HEMT CGH40010F,and the efficiency is 12. 2% higher than class-B PA with the same input power and bias condition.
