卫星高精度载荷安装平台热变形隔离技术研究

         

摘要

In order to control the on-orbit deformation of high resolution satellite,this paper presents a method of thermal deformation isolation based on flexible connection for high-precision satellite platform mounted payload.In the background of model application,the theoretical analysis is carried out and the verification experiment is designed for the method.The test results show that compared to rigid connections,the deformation decreases by an order of magnitude when the payload mounting plate is flexibly connected with satellite platform.The flexible connection can effectively prevent the roles of thermal deformation from satellite platform,so payload mounting plate does not produce significant warpage.The technology can guarantee pointing accuracy for sensitive instrument.%针对我国高分辨率卫星对结构在轨变形的控制要求,提出了一种基于柔性连接的卫星高精度载荷安装平台热变形隔离控制方法,从理论上对该方法进行了分析,并以型号应用为背景进行了验证方案设计及试验验证.验证结果表明,在同样的加载条件下,柔性连接载荷安装基板变形相对刚性连接降低了近1个数量级,表明通过对卫星平台与有效载荷安装基板之间连接结构刚度的柔性设计,能够有效避免卫星平台结构的热变形作用于有效载荷安装基板,使得高精度载荷安装基板不致产生明显的翘曲变形,从而保证安装基板上各敏感载荷的在轨指向相对变化满足指标要求.
