Aimed at the desire of high-power transferring,longer life and higher reliability,some typical characteristics of novel roll-ring,such as roll-ring blocking,multi-flexure and accordant movement are introduced in the paper.Then,the model of contact resistance and rolling attrition moment is established,and,the resistance heat and friction heat under the roll-ring's key parameters are investigated theoretically and compared in the paper.Lastly,the steady-state thermal numerical analysis of different current transferring in vacuum environment is finished.And for improving heat characteristic to enhance transferring power,some comments on the structure design and material are given and the future research direction is indicated in this paper.%首先,针对航天器的大功率、低损耗、长寿命等要求,详细介绍新型滚环模块化、多滚动摩擦滚子、协同运动等典型结构特征;然后,针对空间滚环大功率、长寿命带来的热设计问题,建立接触电阻模型、滚动摩擦力矩模型,理论分析计算了空间滚环设计方案参数条件下的电阻、滚动摩擦热;最后,利用有限元技术,对真空环境中的单通道滚环,在传输不同电流情况下的稳态温度场进行仿真分析.为改善滚环的热特性以进一步提高传输功率,从结构设计、材料等方面给出了建议并指出后续的研究方向.
