在介绍合成孔径雷达(SAR)在洪涝和滑坡灾害监测中应用方法的基础上,采用高分三号(GF-3)卫星SAR数据对2017年吉林永吉"7·13"特大洪水灾害和四川茂县的"6·24"特大山体滑坡灾害开展应急监测.监测结果显示:洪水淹没区主要集中在吉林市境内的温德河和鳌龙河附近,永吉县境内和吉林市市辖区淹没面积(均不包含城市淹没区)分别为19.82 km2和8.70 km2;滑坡体长度为2620 m,最大滑坡宽度为1135 m,滑坡体面积为1.76 km2,与无人机航拍影像的监测结果基本一致.应用结果表明,GF-3卫星具有较好的灾害应急监测能力,能够为中国的防灾减灾领域提供有力的数据支撑和信息服务.%The theory and methods of landslide and flood disaster monitoring by using SAR are discussed.The Yongji county flood disaster in July 2017 and Maoxian county landslide in June 2017 are emergently monitored and assessed by using SAR data from GF-3 satellite.According to the analysis,flood inundation areas mainly centralizes in the vicinity of Wende river and Aolong river in Jilin city,with inundated area (excluding urban inundation area)of 19.82km2 in Yongji county,and 8.70km2 in Jilin municipal districts;the length,maximum width and area of the landslide are 2620m,1135m,and 1.76km2 ,respectively,which agrees well with the monitoring results by using UAV aerial images.The application results indicate that GF-3 satellite has the capability of emergency disaster monitoring and can provide strong support and information ser-vice for disaster prevention and reduction in China.
