针对GH901合金台阶轴锻件在20MN快锻机或4t电液锤生产始终存在成材率低和晶粒粗大等难以克服的“瓶颈”问题,通过采用18MN径锻机工艺试验,利用二连体、多连体的锻造成形方式可有效提高成材率,利用径锻过程合理控制锻件变形量、变形温度、变形速率等热加工过程关键因素可有效解决晶粒度粗大等的问题。%Aimed at the formidable problems of low yield and coarse grain of GH901 forgings for step shaft pro⁃duced by 20MN forging press and 4t electrohydraulic hammer, the process test was performed using 18MN radial forg⁃ing machine. The results showed that the yield could be effectively raised by the forging method of connecting bodies;the problem of coarse grain could be effectively solved through control of key factors, such as deformation, deformation temperature, and deformation rate of forgings during radial forging.
