In order to determine the aroma components of tassel of carrot,the essential oils were extracted by headspace solid phase microextraction (HS-SPME) then separated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).The relative content of each compound was calculated by area normalization method.48 compounds were detected from essential oils of tassel of carrot,and 42 of them were identified,which account for 97.83% of total flow area,including 29 terpenes,4 oxygen containing compounds,3 alcohols,2 aromatic compounds,1 ester,1 ketone,1 acid and 1 ether.The main content of the essential oils are alpha pinene (22.66%),beta pinene (28.98%),caryophyllene(15.63%),D-limonene(8.00%)and ocimene(6.95%)respectively.%采用顶空-固相微萃取技术对胡萝卜缨中挥发性成分进行富集,应用气相色谱-质谱联用法对其中的化学成分进行分离和鉴定,采用面积归一法测定其相对含量.共检出挥发性成分48种,鉴定出其中的42个组分,占挥发油总量的97.83%;主要成分为烯烃类29种、杂环类4种、醇类3种、芳香族类2种、酯类1种、酮类1种、有机酸类1种、醚类1种;含量较高的分别是α-蒎烯(22.66%)、β-蒎烯(28.98%)、石竹烯(15.63%)、柠檬烯(8.00%)、罗勒烯(6.95%).
