To develop a method for determination of arsenic and mercury in the Congtou Heer tablet .Methods By microwave digestion -HG-AFS to test the determination of arsenic and mercury in the Congtou Heer tablet .Results The range of 0ng/mL-10ng/mL of the determination of arsenic had higher linear relation ( r=0.9984 ) ,the average percentage of recovery was 98.84% ,RSD was 0.90% ;the range of 0ng/mL-10ng/mL of the determination of mercury had higher linear relation ( r=0.9989 ) ,the average percentage of recovery was 99.87% ,RSD was 1.66% .Conclusion The method is convenient ,rapid ,accurate ,sensitive and suitable for test the determination of arsenic and suitable for deter-mination of arsenic and mercury in the Congtou Heer tablet .%建立中药复方制剂葱头荷耳片中砷、汞的含量测定方法。样品采用微波消解法处理，原子荧光分光光度法测定葱头荷耳片中砷、汞的含量。砷的含量在0ng／mL～10ng／mL范围内线性关系良好（ r＝0.9984），平均回收率为98.84％，RSD＝0.90％；汞的含量在0ng／mL～10ng／mL范围内线性关系良好（ r＝0.9989），平均回收率为99.87％，RSD＝1.66％。该方法前处理简便、快捷，精密度高，结果准确可靠，适用于葱头荷耳片中砷、汞含量的测定。
