To develop an HPLC method for determining Paeonol in Keyin Capsule .Diamonsil C18 column(250mm × 4.6mm ,5μm)was used as the stationary phase ,the mixture of methanol-water(50∶50) was served as mobile phase ,and its flow rate was 1.0mL/min .The wavelength for detection was 274nm .The linearity range was 0.0812μg-0.3857μg ( r=1 ) .The average recovery was 99.84% (n=9 ,RSD=1.15% ) .The method is simple ,fast and reliable .%本试验建立了测定克银胶囊中丹皮酚含量的高效液相色谱（HPLC ）方法。色谱柱：十八烷基键合硅胶（250mm ×4.6mm ，5μm）；流动相：甲醇－水（50∶50）；流速：1.0mL／min；检测波长：274nm。实验结果表明，丹皮酚的线性范围为0.0812μg～0.3857μg（r＝1），平均加样回收率为99.84％（ n＝9，RSD＝1.15％）。本实验所建立的测定克银胶囊中丹皮酚的 HPLC方法简便、快捷、准确。
