五味子组织培养研究现状与展望

         

摘要

The status of tissue culture were summarized in Schisandra chinensis(Turcz .) Baill through analysis of the culture system .MS ,B5 or N6 was used as main basic medium supplemented with variable contents of phytohormones of BA and/or NAA .the inducing rate of bud cluster and callus were both different among explants of diverse germ plasms in vary regions and the stem was the suitable explant for callus inducing and rapid generation .Tissue culture was appropriate method for rapid generation and preservation of new varieties and strains .Embryoid culture would be the tendency in the industrialized seedling production of new variety .%综述了近年来五味子组织培养研究进展,对不同培养体系进行了总结与分析。五味子组织培养主要以MS、B5及N6等为基本培养基,附加激素以BA (6-苄氨基腺嘌呤)、NAA (α-萘乙酸)等为主,但激素浓度与比例差异较大;来自不同地区的不同种质外植体,其芽苗与愈伤诱导率差异较大,茎段(春芽与冬芽)是芽苗、愈伤诱导及快速繁育较为适宜的外植体;应加强新品种或当地优系的组织培养快速繁育体系研究,开展五味子优良品种、品系组织培养长期保存研究,保护优异资源;以胚状体方式快速繁育等研究是新品种快速发酵工厂化育苗研究的新动向。
