The aim of this experiment was to explore the preventive effects of MSL antimicrobial peptide on the salmonella typhimurium infection . Fifty of mice(4 week old)were randomly divided into five groups (group 1 ,group 2 ,group 3 ,group 4 and control group) .The mice in the Group(1-4)were injected intraperitoneally with 15μL of salmonella typhimurium(4 × 108cfu/mL) .The mice in the Group(1-3)were given MSL antimi-crobial peptide(25μg/mL、50μg/mL、100μg/mL)in water .The experiment period was 14 days .The clinical symptom was observed every day .After the abnormal death of the mice ,the histopathologic examination was conducted .Blood biochemical index was measured in the mice of all the groups .The results showed that 100μg/mL MSL antimicrobial peptide can successfully prevent the salmonella typhimurium infection .%本实验目的是探讨MSL抗菌肽对鼠伤寒沙门氏菌感染的预防作用。取4周龄健康小白鼠50只，随机分成5组。阴性对照组正常饲喂；阳性对照组腹腔注射鼠伤寒沙门氏菌培养物15μL／只（4×108 cfu／mL ），正常饲喂；试验组腹腔注射鼠伤寒沙门氏菌培养物，剂量同阳性对照组，饮水中分别按25μg／mL、50μg／mL、100μg／mL添加MSL之后正常饲喂。试验共进行14d ，每天观察小鼠临床表现，病死小鼠进行剖检，试验结束后检测存活小鼠血液生化指标。结果，100μg／mL MSL抗菌肽对鼠伤寒沙门氏菌感染有较好的预防作用。
