锦灯笼根茎挥发油化学成分GC-MS分析

         

摘要

To analyze the chemical constituents of essential oils from rhizome of physalis alkekengi L. Var. Franchetii, essential oils in rhizome of physalis alkekengi L. Var. Franchetii were extracted with steam distillation, and were analyzed with gas chromatogr aphy-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The computer retrieving, artificial spectrum analysis and chromatographic peak mass spectrometry lobes diagram were used to compare with the references. 22 compounds were identified which represented 94% of the total GC peak area of the volatile oil. The main components were n-hexadecanoic acid, hexadecanoic acid methyl ester, hexadecanoic acid ethyl ester, (z) 9-octadecenamide, 6,9-octadecadienoic acid methyl ester, 8,9-two dehydro-9-formyl- strange longifolene, (E) 11-hexadecenoic acid, 5-dodecyl-2-fura-none, and aromadendrene-2-oxide. The relative contents of the components were determined by peak area normalization method. This study provided a scientific basis for developing resources of physalis alkekengi L. Var.franchetii rhizome.%分析锦灯笼根茎中挥发油的化学成分及组成.采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取锦灯笼根茎中挥发油,运用GC-MS法测定和分析其化学成分.通过计算机检索、人工图谱解析,按各色谱峰的质谱裂片图与文献核对,确定锦灯笼根茎中挥发油的化学成分,鉴定了其中的22个化合物,占挥发油色谱峰总面积的94%.锦灯笼根茎主要成分为n-十六酸、十六酸甲酯、十六酸乙酯、(Z)9-十八碳烯酰胺、6,9-十八碳二烯酸甲酯、8,9-二脱氢-9-甲酰异长叶烯、马铃薯螺二烯酮、)11-十六碳烯酸、5-十二烷基-2-呋喃酮、香橙烯-2-氧化物.峰面积归一化法确定了各成分的相对含量.本研究为锦灯笼根茎资源的进一步开发和利用提供依据.
