对玉蜀黍叶中氨基酸和无机元素进行研究.采用日立835-50型氨基酸分析仪和ICP - AES法对玉蜀黍叶中氨基酸和无机元素进行了研究.结果表明,玉蜀黍叶中含有17种氨基酸和12种人体必需的无机元素.本研究为玉蜀黍叶的药用开发提供了参考依据.%To determine amino acids and inorganic elements in the leaves of zea mays L., amino acids in leaves of zea mays L.
