The esterification of benzyl acetate catalyzed by (Me3SiCH2 )3SnCl was studied. The synthesis conditions were optimized with orthogonal experiment. The results showed that a satisfied catalytic activity was got by using (Me3SiCH2 )3SnCl, the esterification rate of benzyl acetate was 91. 5% after 3. 5 h while the mass ratio of (Me3SiCH2)3SnC1, benzyl alcohols, toluene was 0. 015 :1 : 0. 8 and the molar ratio of acetic acid to benzyl alcohols was 3. 5 : 1.%以( Me3 SiCH2)3SnC1为催化剂,研究了乙酸苄酯的酯化反应.采用正交实验优化了合成工艺条件,结果表明,( Me3 SiC H2)3SnC1对合成乙酸苄酯有着良好的催化活性,在m[(Me3SiCH2 )3SnCl]∶m(甲苯)∶m(苄醇)=0.015 ∶0.8∶1,n(乙酸)∶n(苄醇)=3.5∶1,反应3.5h的条件下,乙酸苄酯酯化率可达91.5%.
