A series of novel hydrorefining catalysts of clover shape were prepared by an equivalent volume impregnation method of multi steps, using 7-AI2O3 containing SiO2 and/or TiO2 as composite oxide carrier and W-Mo-Ni as active metal components. The structure of the catalysts was characterized by means of XRF, BET, XRD, NH3-TPD, and their mechanical strength was measured. Evaluation of process conditions are as follows: reaction pressure 8 Mpa, reaction temperature 340 ℃, hydrogen to oil volume ratio of 600 : 1, volume space velocity of 1. 5 h-1 with a hydrogenation unit in 100 mL fixed-bed reactor. The experiment results showed that the catalysts have the excellent catalytic performance of hydrodesulphurization (HDS), hydrodenitrogenation (HDN) and the olefin hydrogenation (HYD) for the inferior distillate fuel oil with high nitrogen content, with W-Mo-Ni/SiO2-TiO2-A12O3 catalyst 98% HDS, 97% HDN and 98% HYD were achieved.%以含SiO2和/或TiO2的γ-A12O3为复合载体、以W-Mo-Ni为活性金属组分,采用分步等体积浸渍法制备了一系列三叶草形加氢精制催化剂.采用X荧光射线、N2吸附比表面积、X射线衍射、扫描电镜等对催化剂结构进行了表征.在反应压力8.0 MPa、反应温度340℃、氢油体积比600∶1、体积空速1.5h-1条件下,测定了催化剂的机械强度和表面酸性,采用100mL固定床加氢反应装置进行了催化剂性能评价.结果表明,所研制的催化剂对高氮劣质馏分油具有优异的加氢脱硫、脱氮及烯烃饱和性能,其中催化剂W-Mo-Ni/SiO2-TiO2-Al2O3的脱硫率可达到98%,脱氮率可达到97%和烯烃饱和率98%.
