本文在分析现有气象灾害防御标准的基础上,借鉴魏尔曼标准体系三维结构的思想,从"标准的属性"和"标准化的工作机制"两个角度对广东省气象灾害防御标准体系的属性进行划分,对广东省气象灾害防御标准体系框架进行初探.%Based on the analysis of existing standards on meteorological disaster prevention, this paper uses the idea of Verman standard system 3D structure theory as reference, divides the properties of related standards system in Guangdong province from the two aspects of "standard property" and "standardization work mechanism"m and probes into the framework of the standards system.
