寒冷地区电动汽车充电设施温度适应性技术规范研究

         

摘要

China has built a number of charging stations and facilities in the northeast and northwest regions without relevant standards on electric vehicle charging facilities in cold regions, therefore the technical specifications of temperature tolerance of electric vehicle charging facilities in cold region comes into being. This paper introduces the research background, research status and compilation of technical specifications, focuses on the system analysis of technical specifications, introduces the components of the technical specifications, and studies emphatically the characteristics of electric vehicle charging facilities in cold region and the measures to be taken. The technical specifications provide entry requirements and test methods of electric vehicle charging facilities in cold regions and strong support for promoting the large-scale use of electric vehicles.%我国在东北、西北地区已建成一定数量的充电站和充电设施,但关于寒冷地区电动汽车充电设施的标准还未有涉及,为此编制了寒冷地区电动汽车充电设施温度适应性技术规范.文章介绍了技术规范的研究背景、研究现状和编写说明,并重点对技术规范体系进行了解析,主要对技术规范的构成部分进行了介绍,侧重研究了电动汽车充电设施在寒冷地区使用时所具有的特性和应采取的措施.寒冷地区电动汽车充电设施温度适应性技术规范的编制可以为寒冷地区电动汽车充电设施提供准入依据和检验标准,为推动电动汽车的规模化应用提供有力的支撑.
