本文立足消费品召回法律法规,从缺陷信息报告和召回两类数据视角对我国消费品缺陷信息报告的来源和内容、产品覆盖的类型范围、消费品召回的数据变化、《管理办法》实施后产品类别变化、重点召回案例等内容进行了剖析,最后从数据分析角度分析了消费品信息会商的原则和方法.%Based on the laws and regulations regarding to the recalling of consumer goods, this paper analyzes the sources and content of consumer goods defect report, the category of defective consumer goods, the data changes and trend of recalled products, as well as the change of categories of involved consumer goods from the perspective of defects reporting and recall data. With great emphasizes, this paper details the changes in products categories since the implementation of the Regulatory Measures and discusses several well-known recalling cases in detail to demonstrate the principals and methods on consumer goods information collection and retrieving.
