Based on IEC/TS 62898 on microgrid, this paper analyzes and compares the existing distributed grid-connection standard, and summarizes the basic characteristics of the micro-grid national standard. content. This paper expatiates the standard system from three aspects of planning and design, control operation and protection of microgrid, points out the difference between microgrid and public grid, and the main features of grid-connected microgrid and independent microgrid, and proposes key provisions that the two types of micro-grid should follow, including stored energy planning, operating mode, control requirements, protection configuration, etc.%针对如今国内还没有统一完善的微电网标准的现状,基于微电网IEC国际标准IEC/TS62898,分析和比较了现有的分布式发电并网标准,归纳了微电网国家标准应包含的基本内容.从微电网的规划设计、控制运行、保护三个方面阐述了标准的体系,指出微电网和公用电网的区别以及并网型微电网和独立型微电网的主要特点,提出了在储能规划、运行模式、控制要求、保护配置等一些关键内容上两类微电网应分别遵循的规定.
