The paper compares the honey product standards at home and abroad and analyzes the development status quo of Chinese and foreign standards for honey products, identifying the differences in the aspects of pesticide residue, microorganism, pollutant, etc. It concludes that the limit index of honey testing in Chinese honey standards are often higher than the index of foreign standards and the testing method is very complex, which brings barriers for the supervision. Combined with the development of Chinese honey industry, the paper proposes reasonable suggestions, providing guidance and references for the honey product testing and development of honey product standards.%本文对国内外蜂蜜相关标准进行了梳理,分别分析了国内和国外蜂蜜产品的标准现状,国内外蜂蜜产品在农兽药残留、微生物和污染物等方面的差异.通过比对梳理发现,我国蜂蜜检测的很多限量标准高于国外标准,并且蜂蜜标准繁多且检测方法复杂.最后,本文结合我国蜂蜜产业的发展实际,提出了合理化建议,这对规范我国蜂蜜产品的检测和蜂蜜产品标准的科学化制定具有重要的指导和借鉴意义.
