构建村级公共服务监管标准体系是基础性和统领性工作,对指导村级公共服务标准制修订、提高农村公共服务供给质量和效率具有重要意义.本文首先总结了我国村级公共服务监管标准化现状和存在问题,基于此提出了村级公共服务监管标准体系的构建原则、构建依据和结构框图.%The construction of the standards system on village-level public service regulation is the basic and leading work, which is of great significance in guiding the development and revision of village-level public service standard and improving the quality and efficiency of rural public service supply. This paper summarizes the existing situation and problems of village-level public service standardization in China, and proposes the principles, basis and structure diagram for the construction of the standards system on village-level public service regulation.
