Weaponry test range obtaining the qualification of supplier relating to equipment marks its continuously improved scientific research ability and its transaction to the research-based range.In view of the range development,this paper analyzes the equipment and defines the scope according to GJB 5713-2006 Examination Requirements for Qualification of Supplier Relating to Equipment;,studied the relationship between quality management system requirement and examination requirements for qualification of supplier relating to equipment" ; analyzes the main concerned problems about the range applying for qualification of supplier relating to equipment based on quality management systems;and put forwards the construction solution.%武器装备试验靶场获得装备承制单位资格是其科研能力不断提升、向研究型靶场发展的重要标志.本文从靶场发展建设的实际出发,依据GJB 5713-2006《装备承制单位资格审查要求》的相关规定对靶场承制装备进行了分析和范围界定,研究了质量管理体系要求和装备承制单位资格审查要求之间的相互关系,分析了靶场以质量管理体系为基础申请装备承制单位资格应关注的主要问题,提出了相应的建设措施.
