This paper firstly analyzes the degree of high-tech industry agglomeration, the level of technical standardization, and the current situation of technical standardization in the high-tech industry cluster, then makes a further empirical test to the long-short term relationships between the degree of high-tech industry agglomeration and the level of technical standardization, based on the data of the high-tech industries during 1995-2009, by the means of cointegration tests and error correct model tests. The result shows that the industry cluster and technical standardization exit positive correlation relationship, the development of industry cluster can promote the level of technical standardization in the long term , and the raising level of technical standardization can promote the development of industry cluster too.%本文首先对高技术产业的集聚程度、技术标准化水平,以及高技术产业集聚区技术标准化工作的现状进行了分析,然后基于1995～2009年高技术产业行业数据,利用面板协整检验和误差修正模型检验的计量方法对二者的长短期关系进行了进一步的检验.结果表明,产业集聚与技术标准化存在着相互的正相关关系；长期内产业集聚的发展能够促进技术标准化水平的提高,技术标准化水平的提高也能够推动产业集聚的发展.
