目的 对1例多数恒牙迟萌患者的发病机制及治疗方法进行探讨.方法 本文介绍1例多数恒牙迟萌的患者的双牙合咬合重建,并随访观察疗效.结果 临床结果显示,18个月后,义齿使用良好,咬合功能恢复正常,患者对修复体满意.结论 恒牙迟萌的上颌活动、下颌固定修复是可行的,但患者的双牙合固定修复效果仍需进一步临床治疗观察.%Objective To discuss and report the pathogenesis and therapeutic methods of a 17-year-old female patient with delayed tooth eruption. Methods Occlusal reconstruction with a maxillary removable denture and mandibular fixed prosthesis was performed and the patient was followed up to observe the therapeutic effect. Results At one and a half years' follow-up, dentures were well used, the occlusal function returned to normal and the patient was satisfied with the restoration. Conclusion The maxillary activities and mandibular fixed prosthesis of the delayed tooth eruption are feasible, but the effect of the fixed restoration still needs further clini-cal treatment and observation.
