目的 研究压膜保持器对患者主观症状及颞下颌关节间隙的影响.方法 13例青年女性志愿者(平均年龄(26.8±2.4)岁)戴用压膜保持器6个月,在戴用前(T0期)、第3个月(T1期)、第6个月(T2期)分别填写主观症状问卷及拍摄颞颌关节区小视野锥形束CT(LCBCT),比较分析主观症状及关节间隙各指标的变化.结果 C指标(面部肌肉疲劳)得分T2较T1期显著性减小,不利变化组总角显著增加(P＜0.05);关节间隙T0与T1期无统计学意义.结论 戴用压膜保持器是不断适应的过程,临床上应定期复诊,密切观察;短期戴用压膜保持器对下颌骨位置无明显影响.%Objective To explore the effect of orthodontic vacuum-formed retainers on the subjective symptoms and temporomandibular joint space.Methods 13 female subjects (mean age 26.8±2.4)were selected and wore the vacuum-formed retainers about half a year.The subjective symptoms questionnaire was filled and limited cone-beam CT(LCBCT) was carried out before wearing the retainers (T0),on the third month (T1) and the sixth month(T2) respectively.The parameters about subjective symptoms and temporomandibular space were compared and analyzed.Results The scores of parameter C (facial muscle fatigue) of T2 stage significantly reduced compared with T1.The total angle of Jarabak analysis was significantly larger in unfavorable change group (M) than another group.Temporomandibular space including SS,AS,PS,MS,LS had no significant change from T0 to T1.Conclusion Wearing vacuumformed retainers is an adaptable process,which requires regular clinical return visits and frequent examination.It has no effect on the mandibular position in short time.
