Objective To explore the clinical effect of treating recurrent oral ulcer ( ROU) with microwave and Zhongtong'an gelatin capsule. Methods 160 cases of ROU were divided equally into treatment group and control group. The former patients were treated with microwave and local application of Zhongtong'an gelatin capsule,and the latter took perovally vitamins such as VitB2,coVitB. All the patients were followed up for more than 1 year. Short-term therapeutic effects and total therapeutic effects were assessed. Results According to total therapeutic effect evaluation criterion, the total effective rate of treatment group was 95% ,and that of the other group was 72. 5%. There was statistical significance in differences between them (P < 0. 01). Moreover,according to short-term therapeutic effect evaluation criterion,there was statistical significance in differences between them,too (P<0.01). Conclusions It can achieve good clinical effects to treat ROU with microwave and Zhongtong'an gelatin capsule. The operation is convenient and easy to spread.%目的 探讨微波配合肿痛安胶囊局部治疗复发性口腔溃疡(ROU)的临床应用效果.方法 将160例ROU患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各80例,治疗组患者采用微波配合肿痛安胶囊局部应用治疗,而对照组则采用口服维生素类等传统方法治疗.对治疗情况进行了1年的临床观察,从局部疗效和总体疗效两方面进行了评价.结果 按总体疗效评价标准,治疗组总有效率为95.0％,对照组72.5％,两者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),从局部疗效标准比较,2组间也有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 微波配合肿痛安胶囊局部治疗ROU具有较好的临床疗效,操作简便,易于推广.
