Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of active silver ion antibacterial solution on treatment of periapical periodontitis with fistulas in deciduous teeth . Methods The patients of apical periodontitis were divided into two groups: the patients in group A were flushed with hydrogen peroxide and physiological saline alternately after root canal preparation. During the open season, they gargled with saline after meals. The patients in group B were flushed with hydrogen peroxide and active silver ion antibacterial solution alternately. During the open season, they gargled with silver ion antibacterial solution after meals . Results After root filling, the efficiency of group A was 84.46% , while efficiency of group B was 93. 65% . The rates of the two groups had significant difference (P<0.05). In the review half a year later, the efficiency of group A was 89. 38% , while efficiency of B group was 94. 74%. Two sets of efficiency had no significant difference (P > 0.05). Conclusions Active silver ion antibacterial solution has strong antibacterial effects and can promote sinus healing. It is a better choice for clinical root canal irrigation and for clinical medication during open season. Its long-term efficacy needs further research.%目的 观察活性银离子抗菌液治疗乳牙瘘管型根尖周炎的临床疗效.方法 将根尖周炎的患儿分为两组:A组根管预备后,双氧水+生理盐水交替冲洗,开放期生理盐水饭后漱口,B组根管预备后双氧水+活性银离子抗菌液冲洗,开放期活性银离子抗菌液漱口.结果 A组充填后有效率为84.46％,B组充填后有效率为93.65％,两组有效率比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05),半年后复查,A组有效率为89.38％,B组有效率为94.74％,两组有效率比较无显著性差异(P＞0.05).结论 活性银离子抗菌液具有较强的抗菌和促进瘘管愈合的作用,是临床根管冲洗及开放期含漱临床用药的一个较好选择,但长期疗效需进一步研究.
