以互联网和大数据为特征的新一代信息技术深刻影响着制造业创新体系建设.本文分析了互联网背景下,制造业创新体系在共性技术供给、技术供给方式和产学研创新体系建设方面的建设需求,提出了建设共性技术研发基地、提供多元化技术供给平台以促进创新网络建设和创新生态培育.%The new generation of information technology,which is characterized by the Internet and big data,is having a profound impact on the innovation system of the manufacturing industry.The authors of this paper analyze the construction demand of the manufactuting innovation system in terms of genetic technology supply;technical supply method;and the system of cooperative innovation between the industry,universities,and academic research.The construction of genetic technology research,a development base,and a technical supply platform will help in promoting the construction of an innovation network and the cultivation of an innovation ecology.
