Based on the improved method of Solow's residual value,through the introduction of potential analysis method,a measurement model of enterprise knowledge management contribution rate(KMCR) is put forward in this paper,and is estimated by the performance measure of a real estate enterprise for implementing knowledge management(KM),then the results have shown that the model and the method have good feasibility.
