镜像神经元理论在脑梗死患者上肢关节运动康复治疗中的应用观察

         

摘要

Objective According to the mirror neuron theory, the effect of the rehabilitation of joints of upper limbs in patients with cerebral infarction is observed and evaluated by visual stimulation combined with rehabilitation treatment. Methods Ninety-eight patients with cerebral infarction in our neurology department were randomly divided into two groups: 47 cases in the control group and 51 cases in the stimulation group. The patients in control group were given conventional training of the shoulders, elbows, wrists and finger joints in paralyzed body sides. The patients in stimulation group were extra given visual stimulation by watching the rehabilitation exercise video and setting an example of joints motion in addition to doing the same training as the control group. The scores of the simple upper limb function STEF and movement function Fugl-Meyer were assessed before and after one month treatment. Results The scores of STEF and Fugl-Meyer in two groups were improved after treatment, and there were significant differences in scores got before treatment and after treatment in these two groups (P>0.05). Also, there was significant difference of scores between control group and stimulation group after the treatment (P<0.05). Conclusions The visual stimulation and joints training of upper limb benefit the functional recovery of hemiplegic limb in patients with cerebral infarction based on the mirror neuron theory.%目的 观察联合应用视觉刺激和康复治疗,对脑梗死患者上肢关节运动的影响.方法将来自本科的98例脑梗死患者随机分为对照组和刺激组,对照组47例,刺激组51例,对照组常规给予帮助患者活动瘫痪侧肩、肘、腕、指关节,刺激组在帮助患者活动瘫痪侧肩、肘、腕、指关节的基础上加以示范上肢关节活动动作及观看康复运动视频作为视觉刺激,两组共进行1月,并对治疗前后进行简易上肢功能评价STEF评分和Fugl-Meyer上肢运动功能评分.结果治疗后两组患者的STEF评分和Fugl-Meyer上肢运动功能评分均有所提高,并且治疗后较治疗前有显著差异(P<0.05),刺激组治疗后较对照组治疗后有显著差异(P<0.05).结论根据镜像神经元理论,对脑梗死患者进行视觉刺激及上肢关节运动康复治疗,更有利于恢复患者偏瘫侧肢体活动功能.
