助磨剂对超细硅酸锆湿法球磨效率的影响

         

摘要

研究了乙二醇、三乙醇胺、六偏磷酸钠、柠檬酸这四种助磨剂在超细硅酸锆湿法球磨中对磨料的影响,并比较了这几种助磨剂的不同添加含量对于球磨效率的影响。实验结果表明:添加了这几种助磨剂的实验组在球磨时间为18h 的时候硅酸锆粉体中位粒径明显小于未添加助磨剂的实验组;这几种助磨剂的最佳添加含量分别为乙二醇1‰,三乙醇胺1‰,柠檬酸2‰,六偏磷酸钠1‰;中位粒径值达到2μm 时,相对于没有添加助磨剂的球磨时间,添加助磨剂乙二醇的缩短了37.7%,是助磨效果最优的一组。%The inluence of the four types of grinding aid,ethylene glycol,triethanolamine, sodium hexametaphosphate and citric acid,on the grinding material during ultrafine zirco-nium silicate wet ball-milling has been studied.The inluence of the dosage of the four types of grinding aid on the efficiency of ball-milling has been compared.Result shows that the median particle diameter of Zirconium Silicate of the experiment groups with these tpyes of grinding aid is significantly smaller than that of the experiment groups without grinding aid at the milling time of 18h.The optimal dosages of these types of grinding aid are ethylene glycol 1‰,triethanolamine 1‰,citric acid 2‰ and sodium hex-ametaphosphate 1‰ respectively.Compared to the ball-milling time of the experiment groups without grinding aid,the ball-milling time for group with ethylene glycol has been shortened by 37.7% when the median particle diameter reaches 2 μm.Therefore,this group with ethylene glycol as grinding aid has the optimal grinding-aid effect.
