在使用热压法制造金刚石钻头时，主要有烧结温度、保温时间、烧结压力和加压方式四个烧结参数。文章主要讨论加压方式对金刚石钻头性能的影响，重点讨论瞬间加压方式。先选定一个金刚石钻头的通用配方，以加压方式为变量，其余参数保持不变，装料并烧结一组此参数下的样品。通过对这些样品的抗拉和抗弯强度的力学性能测试以及对瞬间加压样品的断口扫描电镜分析，探讨瞬间加压方式对金刚石钻头性能的影响，并确定最优瞬间加压压力。%There are four sintering parameters for hot-press diamond drill bit preparation:sintering temperature,holding time,sintering pressure and the pressure mode.The main topic for this article is the influence of pressure mode on the performance of diamond bit especially the instantaneous pressure mode.A group of samples are to be sintered under a universal recipe using pressure mode as variable while the other parameters are remain un-changed.Through the test of the mechanical performance of tensile and bending strength of these samples and the SEM analysis of the fracture surface of the instantaneous pres-sure sample,the influence of instantaneous pressure mode on the performance of diamond bit will be probed and the optimal instantaneous pressure stress will be confirmed.
