低表面能防污涂料研究进展

         

摘要

海洋生物污损在船体附着使船舶航速下降、油耗增加,造成巨大的经济损失.传统海洋防污涂料依靠释放有毒杀菌剂,其造成的海洋环境污染问题逐渐引起人们的重视,环境友好型防污涂料的开发研究受到高度的关注.低表面能防污涂料因其环保特性逐渐得到应用.该文介绍了低表面能防污涂料的防污机理及研究现状,并展望了其未来的发展趋势.%Marine fouling organisms attached to shiphulls could reduce the speed and increase fuel consumption of ships. Traditional marine antifouling coatings rely on the release of toxic fungicides,which caused the marine en-vironmental pollution gradually attracted people's attention,the development of environmentally friendly antifouling coatings have drawn a high degree of attention. Low surface energy antifouling coatings are gradually applied due to their environmental friendly characteristic. We introduce the antifouling mechanism and research status of low sur-face energy antifouling coatings and prospect the future development trend in this article.
