相分离程度对质子交换膜质子传导率的影响

         

摘要

Two kinds of benzenesulfonic acid type side chain sulfonated polysulfone 2PS-BS and 4PS-BS with different side chain length were obtained by post-sulfonation method. The corresponding proton exchange mem-branes(PEMs) were prepared after fully characterizing their chemical structure. The effect of degree of phase se-peration on proton conductivity of PEMs were studied. The experimental results showed that the PEMs exhibited ex-cellent proton conductivity. The proton conductivity of 2PS-BS and 4PS-BS PEMs was up to 0.049S·cm-1and 0.042S·cm-1,respectively. Along with the increase of side chain length at the same IEC,the flexibility and degree of phase separation increase,it leads to the increase of water proton conductivity.%采用后磺化的方法制备两种侧链长度不同的苯磺酸型侧链磺化聚砜,根据侧链碳原子数目不同,分别记为2PS-BS和4PS-BS,在充分表征后制备相应的质子交换膜(PEM),重点研究相分离程度对PEM质子传导率的影响.研究结果表明:两种PEM具备良好的质子传导率,4PS-BS和2PS-BS膜在25℃的质子传导率达到了0.049S·cm-1和0.042S·cm-1,同时在相同的IEC下,随着侧链长度的增加,侧链的柔性增强,相分离程度增强,导致PEM的质子传导率增加.
