To assess the effect of ACN content on screw pump's stator rubber,the physical properties,oil resistance,Akron Abrasion and fatigue properties of NBR,which has different ACN content,are investigated.The results showed that the rubber with higher ACN content has better mechanical properties and oil resistance.And the rubber N220S has the smallest lost factor at 55℃,at which screw pump works.The wear resistance properties became worse with ACN content increase,and the rubber with the highest ACN content owns the best flex resistance and stretching fatigue performance.%本文通过对不同丙烯腈含量的丁腈橡胶的耐油性能、耐磨损试性能和耐疲劳性能进行研究,分析了丙烯腈含量对螺杆泵定子橡胶机械物理性能的影响.结果表明,随丙烯腈含量的增加,丁腈橡胶的力学性能和耐油性增强;在55℃的工作温度下,N220S橡胶的损耗因子最小;丙烯腈含量越高,其耐磨损性能越差;丙烯腈含量最高的橡胶,耐屈挠性能和耐伸张疲劳性能最好.
