基于ADAMS-MATLAB的磁悬浮轴承转子系统联合仿真

         

摘要

Single degree of freedom (1-DOF) and 5-DOF simulation model of magnetic bearing rotor system were established respectively. Axial DOF and 5-DOF co-simulation were accomplished by using ADAMS , MATLAB and traditional proportion-integration-derivative ( PID) ,incomplete differential PID and fuzzy self-tuning PID. Capability of the system supporting pulse load in condition of limiting control current and without limiting control current and vibration of the rotor under external forces were analyzed. The results show that the optimal control parameters of traditional PID , incomplete differential PID and fuzzy self-tuning PID can be obtained and evaluated accurately by co-simulation, which is helpful to select and optimize control strategies of system.%建立了磁悬浮轴承转子系统的单自由度和五自由度仿真模型.采用ADAMS和MATLAB 2种软件以及传统PID(比例积分微分)、不完全微分PID和模糊自调整PID 3种控制方法分别对系统的轴向自由度和五自由度进行了联合仿真,分析了磁悬浮转子系统在限制控制电流和不限控制电流2种情况下转子承受冲击载荷的能力以及在外力作用下的振动情况.根据仿真结果,对传统PID控制、不完全微分PID控制以及模糊自调整PID控制的控制参数进行了优化,并在此基础上对上述3种控制方法的优劣给予了评判,为系统控制策略的选择和优化提供了1种有效的方法.
