利用系统动力学方法来研究核心保障能力的建设问题.首先,对核心保障能力的建设进行系统分析,确定其要素构成和系统结构.然后,建立核心保障能力建设的系统动力学模型.最后,利用系统动力学仿真软件对某装备核心保障能力的建设进行仿真,考察建设经费对核心保障能力建设的影响作用,并根据仿真结果提出建设对策.%The paper studies construction problem of core support capability by system dynamics. Firstly,it analyzes the establishment of coresupport capability systematicly and determines its significant factors and system structure. Then, set up system dynamics model of construction of coresupport capability. At last, make a simulation on establishment of some equipment core support capability by system dynamics soft,and reviews the affect of outlay to core support capability establishment, and brings forward establishing suggestions according with simulation result.
