The effect of melt-blow technological parameter on structural performance of production during the debugging for the first inland SSMMS complex nonwoven production line was discused .The orthogonal analysis method was used to optimize analysis the selected parameters .The result for 22 g/m2 SSMMS nonwoven melt-blown optimal manufacturing technique was 175 kg/h of screw extrusion output , 270 ℃of side-blown air temperature , 176 m/min of net-belt speed and 11 cm of reception distance .%分析了国内首条SSMMS纺熔复合非织造材料生产线在投产试车过程中熔喷工艺参数对产品结构性能的影响,并根据正交试验确定了各主要因素对熔喷纤维直径的影响程度及最优熔喷工艺参数。生产22 g/m2 SSMMS复合非织造材料的最优熔喷工艺参数组合为:螺杆挤出量175 kg/h,侧风温度270℃,网带速度176 m/min,接收距离11 cm。
