According to relay principle of work, the suction close/disconnect voltage, suck and time and contact resistance testing scheme is designed, hardware structure design and software flow of system are introduced. System takes PLC as the core, with touch screen control and display testing process, and has the storage and print function. This detector is stable and reliable, high precision and good practicability.
