基于服装产业园区的发展实际，构建了包括劳动力子系统、服装制造业子系统、园区政策子系统、园区生产性服务业需求子系统和园区生产性服务业供给子系统5个子系统的服装产业园区生产性服务业系统动力学模型，并指出园区生产性服务业的3种发展模式———资本引导模式、技术引导模式和知识引导模式。以兴城泳装产业园区为例，对其2012—2020年的发展趋势进行了仿真模拟。结果表明：仿真期内该园区生产性服务业的各项指标呈增长态势，但各指标的发展趋势和增长幅度存在一定差异。指出兴城泳装产业园区未来应以技术引导模式作为园区生产性服务业的主要发展模式。%According to the development of garment industrial park in China ,this paper constructs the system dynamics model of producer serv‐ice industry which includes five parts ,namely manufacturing subsystem ,finance subsystem ,labor subsystem ,producer services supply subsystem and producer services demand subsystem ,and concludes three development modes of producer service industry in garment industrial park ,namely technology guide mode ,capital guide mode and knowledge guide mode.Then ,taking the Xingcheng Swimsuit Industrial Park as the example ,it simulates the development trend of it during 2012‐2020.The results show that the producer service industry in example park maintains a growth situation in simulation period ,but there exists the difference in development trend and growth degree among these indicators.Finally ,it points out that Xingcheng Swimsuit Industry Park in the future should take knowledge guide mode as the main development mode of producer service industry in industrial park .
