文章针对0.7-1.4GHz 超宽带高增益功放通道一致性技术进行了分析和讨论，并提出了通过改变偏置电压来实现放大器相位非色散调整的方法。最后给出的测试结果显示在60dB 高增益下，四通道幅度一致性达到依0.5dB，相位一致性达到依5毅，同时也证明了方法的有效性。% The channel consistency technology in 0.7-1.4GHz ultra-broadband transmitter with high gain is analyzed and dis-cussed.
