产业结构是一个国家或地区经济结构的核心，促进产业结构升级是实现经济持续增长的关键。但是，在促进产业结构升级的过程中，难免会对一些传统的、落后的产业造成一定的冲击，使得相应的从业人员失去就业机会，从而导致结构性失业。文中选取江苏省为例，从当前产业结构与就业现状出发，对产业结构升级水平以及就业水平的相关指标进行分析，并利用ADF检验、协整检验和Granger因果检验将产业结构升级水平和就业水平进行实证研究，深入探究二者之间的相互联系，发现产业结构升级在增加二、三产业就业量的同时也使得第一产业就业量迅速下滑，从而在一定程度上抑制了就业的增长，造成就业发展滞后于产业结构升级。最后，根据研究结果进一步提出促进江苏省产业结构升级与就业协调发展的相关对策。%Industrial structure is the core of a country or region ’ s economic structure .To promote the upgrading of industrial structure is the key to the realization of sustainable economic growth .But,in the process of promoting the upgrading of in-dustrial structure ,some traditional and backward industries will inevitably suffer certain impact ,making the corresponding employees lose their jobs ,which leads to structural unemployment .This article selected Jiangsu province as an example ,and from the current status of industry structure and employment perspective ,analyzed he related indexes in the upgrading of in-dustrial structure level and the employment level .The empirical model research found that the upgrading of industrial struc-ture increases the second and third industry employment ,but at the same time ,makes the first industry employment decline rapidly.Thus to some extent,it inhibits the growth of employment,making employment development lag behind the industrial structure upgrade.Finally,according to the research,the relevant countermeasures to promoting the coordinated development of employment and upgrading of industrial structure in Jiangsu province were put forward.
